Are you organised, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Office & Operations Assistant to join our Head Office team based in Parnell and support our people, processes, and culture across the business. This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and making a positive impact.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Parnell, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage office supplies, facilities, and courier deliveries for Head Office and stores.
Support company celebrations, team recognition, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Approve supplier invoices, maintain stock and invoice data, and assist the Buying Team.
Help coordinate garment repairs, track statuses, and manage logistics with the Quality Control team.
Assist the Operations Manager with processes, documentation, training, and supply contracts.
Support sustainability initiatives, office parking, and contribute insights to improve business operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask across teams.
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; Canva experience preferred.
Confident communicator with the ability to train and liaise across the business.
Collaborative, friendly attitude with a passion for building workplace culture.
Proactive mindset and hands-on approach - you enjoy taking initiative.
