An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly organised and detail-focused Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy Lead!
If you are passionate about accuracy, love solving problems, and enjoy creating seamless stock processes across stores, the warehouse, and systems, this role could be perfect for you. At Flo & Frankie, you’ll be the central point of accountability for stock integrity, ensuring our stock data is accurate, our auto-replenishment is reliable, and our customers have the best possible experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on investigation, process improvement, and working collaboratively with multiple teams across retail, warehouse, and head office.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
3–5 years’ experience in inventory control, stock integrity, supply chain, or retail operations.
Strong understanding of retail stock management, inventory control, and replenishment logic.
Advanced experience with Lightspeed or similar POS/inventory systems.
High-level Excel skills for reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
Proven analytical and investigative capability with strong attention to detail.
Experience coordinating stock takes and managing stock variance investigations.
Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Confident communicator, able to influence compliance and work with multiple teams.
Fashion or multi-store retail experience is strongly preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own end-to-end stock accuracy across Lightspeed, warehouse systems, and store locations.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies including transfers, receipting issues, partial orders, and negative stock to protect inventory integrity and auto-replenishment accuracy.
Serve as the central point of support for store stock integrity, resolving issues related to systems, SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and processes.
Run and review stock integrity reporting including adjustments, variances, redelegations, and cycle counts, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and audit trails.
Coordinate and analyse store and warehouse stocktakes, identifying root causes of variance and implementing preventative improvements.
Oversee inbound stock coordination with logistics partners and suppliers, ensuring accurate receipting and invoice alignment.
Develop clear stock process guides, deliver training, and lead continuous improvement to uplift stock handling capability across the business.
