Office Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Support Office team and become the heartbeat behind our day-to-day operations- and our unofficial Master of Fun.
This is an in-office role based in Parnell, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll be a central support to our teams, helping everything run seamlessly while bringing positive, thoughtful energy to our workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively and varied environment where no two days are the same.
This is a flexible role, 25-30 hours per week, typically across five days (around 5–6 hours per day). We’re open to shaping this to suit the right person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Be the go-to support across Head Office, keeping everything organised and running smoothly day to day.
· Manage office operations including facilities, stationery, supplies, and general upkeep.
· Coordinate with external contractors for both Head Office and store needs, while ensuring office supplies are maintained, stocked, and replenished.
· Support courier dispatches and distribution to Auckland boutiques.
· Coordinate grocery orders and keep the office stocked with thoughtful touches (yes, including treats!).
· Plan and organise company celebrations, team moments, and cultural initiatives.
· Arrange birthday gifts and flowers for our Head Office and Warehouse teams.
· Support the Operations Manager with general coordination and admin tasks.
· Assist the QC team with fault management, liaising with suppliers to coordinate repairs and communicate updates to store teams and customers, in line with our sustainability strategy.
· Bring our culture to life through “surprise and delight” moments for both retail and Head Office teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
· Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
· Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
· A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
· Strong communication skills and a naturally collaborative style.
· A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for people and creating a supportive, welcoming environment.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and general systems.
· High attention to detail and pride in creating a well-run, welcoming environment.
