Do you love variety in your workday and enjoy being on the move? We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Stock & Fulfilment Assistant / Driver to support our beautiful boutiques and warehouse team with the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Flo & Frankie running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : 
• Picking and collecting stock directly from our stores across Auckland, as well as stock drop offs.
• Processing and managing stock transfer paperwork.
• Assisting with the coordination of wholesale order collections.
• Picking, packing, and sending out online orders.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties.
• Driving to stores and suppliers as needed.

This is a physically active, full-time role with great variety. You’ll work across both our warehouse and our boutiques — perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, passionate team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 
• A full, clean NZ driver’s license is essential.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Great attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Confidence using systems to track stock and process orders.
• High energy, a consistent work ethic, and the ability to show initiative.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A well-presented appearance – you’ll often be on the shop floor and the face of support to our customers.
• Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable moving boxes and operating warehouse equipment.
• Previous experience in warehousing, retail, logistics, or working with inventory is preferred but not essential.
