WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Work with the Design team to bring high-quality, beautifully crafted products to life.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring fit, quality, and construction standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with offshore suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and seamless workflows.
• Manage critical paths, liaising with suppliers to achieve the earliest delivery dates.
• Organise and track samples, fabrics, and seasonal storyboards.
• Assist in quality control (QC), inspecting bulk garments and resolving any production issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production planning and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Production experience – Experience in garment construction, production processes, and fit evaluation is essential.
• Strong Excel skills – Confident in spreadsheets, tracking, and data management.
• Adaptability – Ability to quickly learn new programs, tools, and processes.
• Exceptional communication – Particularly when working with offshore suppliers.
• Fast-paced work ethic – Attention to detail and accuracy are a must!
• Proactive approach – You take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems effectively.
