Social Media Assistant

At Flo & Frankie, we’re all about inspiring and uplifting our community through fashion, creativity, and connection. As our Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our NZ-owned fashion brands to life across multiple digital platforms. Your creativity, trend-savviness, and eye for engaging content will help us connect with our audience in meaningful and exciting ways.

This is a full time in office role Monday - Friday.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
• Create scroll-stopping content (graphics, videos, reels, and more!).
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Stay on top of trends to keep our brand fresh & engaging.
• Support the Marketing team with exciting campaigns & e-commerce tasks.
• Engage with our online community in a fun, authentic way.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
• A degree or diploma in Marketing/Graphic Design.
• Knowledge of social platforms & best practices.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite = a plus!).
• A love for fashion & an eye for trends.
• Strong communication & a team-first attitude.
