• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading a team in a customer-centric environment.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service with the natural ability to engage and connect with customers on a personal level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion and dedication for building a productive, fun and cohesive team environment.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team to be the best version of themselves.
• A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results.
• Experience in staff training and motivation, especially in sales and customer service.
• A creative problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
• Highly motivated, with a dynamic attitude and a love for challenges.
