ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in a management or leadership position.
- A dedication for providing excellent customer service with the natural ability to engage and connect with customers on a personal level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for building a productive, fun, and cohesive team environment.
- Ability to inspire and motivate your teams to be the best version of themselves.
- A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results.
- Experience in training and motivating staff in sales and customer service.
- A strong work ethic, with great organisational skills and a 'think outside the box' approach to decision making.
- Highly motivated, dynamic attitude and someone who thrives in a challenge.
- A genuine interest in fashion and takes pride in helping others feel confident.
